The Sarasota TRIF Unit met on November 2nd at Der Dutchman Restaurant. The meeting was a business meeting that included the CON CON Ballot Proposal in New York; the Retirement System, The janus v AFSCME lawsuit; NYSUT member Benefits; NYSTRS ; Vote Cope & AFT/NYSUT Puerto Rico Disaster Assistance. Many members voluntarily signed petitions to allow convicted felons who have served their sentence the right to vote.
