The Sarasota TRIF met for lunch @ Gecko’s Cattleman Rd, Sarasota; on January 12, 2018. The agenda included:
- Handouts on Fl. House Bill 25 – which is a bill to authorize automatically decertifying public sector unions that fail to reach a threshold of 50% of dues paying members.
- Fl. Enhanced Life Estate Trust. – the Lady Bird Deed; as a means to transferring property to heirs.
